Not one of Maidstone's best performances of the season saw them knocked out of the Brian Williams cup in the second round. The first half saw Maidstone go three nil down before their first real opportunities, a George Wood free kick and an Adam Spikin chance.

Kicking up hill in the second half Maidstone performed better but went four nil down before Aseem Rana scored Maidstone's only goal with a looping header over an exceptionally good Addington keeper. The fight back never came though with Addington adding to their scoreline to finish the game five one winners.
